Welcome to Risk or Bank (“the Game”), operated by Loomo Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local laws) to play.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and profile.
• Usernames must follow community guidelines.

2. Gameplay & Points

• Scores, leaderboards, and achievements are virtual and have no cash value.
• Game outcomes depend on player skill and system mechanics and are final.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or interfering with gameplay may result in suspension or ban.

3. Payments

If the Game offers subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium features, platform store terms (Apple App Store, Google Play) apply. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

Loomo Labs LLC owns the Game, including all software, design, trademarks, graphics, and other assets.

5. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Game.
• We may also suspend accounts to comply with legal requirements or platform policies.
• You may stop using the Game at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the last 12 months.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Loomo Labs LLC is formed. Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
